Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 gm button mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Corainder leaves chopped
- 6 tablespoons chopped Jalapenos
- 3 bulb garlic minced (50 Gms)
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a big skillet or pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- When the sides are golden and crispy, add the mushrooms and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
- Season with salt liberally (to your taste).
- Serve warm and top with coriander.
